Description

The assets to be auctioned are all of the tangible and intangible assets owned by the company and used in connection with the business.  The company has been in the business of manufacturing and selling an addictive blend of Belgian chocolate and chewy coconut. The Maccs come in many specialty flavors. The 12 current selections range from Simple Dark chocolate to bold blends like Salted Caramel, Pina Colada, Orange Zest, Key Lime, and many more. In order to participate at auction, bidders must be “qualified”.  Download documentation for more information.
